Prices rooms / The tree house / Apartement “Franz & Sissi”: Prices are quoted per person / night including Hochfilzer half board (breakfast, dinner, afternoon snack), excluding local tax € 2,50 per adult / night (from 15 years).
Prices Studios  Haus Garden: Prices per studio / night including breakfast for 2 persons, excluding final cleaning fee € 40,- and local tax € 2,50 per adult / night (from 15 years). Each additional person € 45,- per night. Dinner can be booked additionally for an extra charge and subject to availability. Entry per day to the bathing & sauna area: € 15,- adults, € 7,50 child (3 – 14 years), only bookable on site.
Good to know: From 01.05.25 local tax increase to € 2,60 per adult (from 15 years) / night.
