A total of four accessible rooms are available.
Three rooms are located at Hotel Hochfilzer**** and one room is located at Gartenhotel Flora.
If you would like to book a barrier-free room, please let us know when you make your reservation.
A care bed and wheelchairs can be provided (for a fee). If you need other aids, we recommend the company ‘Meine Pflege’ in Fieberbrunn.

Just a 2 minute walk from the hotel you will find our bike room including repair kit and insurance.
Guests of Gartenhotel Flora & The Treehouse
The bike room is located in the Gartenhotel Flora.
Unfortunately, sometimes an unexpected event can ruin your travel plans. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid unpleasant cancellation costs if you have to cancel your trip.
Our cancellation policy:
* Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
* 29 to 1 day before arrival: 40% of the cost of the holiday
* Cancellations on the day of arrival and no-shows will be charged at 100%.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Our reception is open daily from 07.30 to 22.30.
Check In
From 8 am at the reception in the Hotel Hochfilzer**** – also for guests of the Gartenhotel Flora, the Treehouse and the Haus Garden.
Room occupancy: from 3 pm (depending on availability and guest departure, rooms can often be occupied earlier)
Should you arrive later than 8 pm, please let us know.
Check Out
Possible until 11 am, after that we ask you to vacate the room.
We ask you to settle your bill by 11 am (at the reception in the Hotel Hochfilzer****), please check your bill before paying.
Please also note that some cards have an international limit.
There are 2 charging stations available in our underground car park. The parking fee of € 10,- per day must be paid, full charging is free of charge. Please note: the parking space must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
About 200 metres from the hotel, at the public car park Ellmau Mitte, you will find 2 public charging stations. Further information can be found HERE.
There are 3 lifts available at the Hotel Hochfilzer****.
The Gartenhotel Flora has a lift.
There is no lift in Haus Garden.

Long-term bookings are not possible as our masseur has his own practice and schedules his massage appointments at the hotel on a weekly basis.

If you pay in cash, there is a 2% discount on the price of the accommodation only (excl. local tax, dogs, garage) if it is 400.00 euros or more.

*Please note that some cards have an international limit. We recommend that you clarify this with your bank in advance.
Pets are also very welcome at Hotel Hochfilzer**** and Gartenhotel Flora.
If you would like to take your pet with you on holiday, please let us know before you arrive.
Cost: € 15,- per pet / per night (excluding food)
Please bring a dog blanket or basket with you.
Please understand that we will have to charge for any damage to the room and furnishings.

Dogs are not allowed in Haus Garden, our allergy friendly rooms or the swimming & sauna areas, gym & yoga room.
Our reception is open daily from 7.30 am to 10.30 pm.
Our hotel does not have a night porter!
If you are still out after 10 pm, please take your room key with you.
For guests of Hotel Hochfilzer**** the chip at your key opens the night entrance door at the ski cellar (to the left of the hotel entrance).
For Gartenhotel Flora & Haus Garden guests, the room key opens the entrance door.
Each room has a safe (free of charge).
The combination is freely selectable.
Instructions are provided in the room.
Ski and hiking passes can be conveniently purchased at reception.
You are also welcome to pre-order them, in which case you will receive your passes on arrival at the hotel.
A deposit of € 2 per pass is required.
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony / terrace.
Book with peace of mind with ‘Hotel Cancellation Plus’ from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
In the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances before the start of your holiday, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
