Once a week, Ingrid Flora Hochfilzer treats all our guests (half-board and breakfast guests as well) to her homemade Tyrolean Kaiserschmarrn. And when she’s not making Kaiserschmarrn, Ingrid’s homemade delicacies form the forest and garden can be savoured at dinner.
